Vincent Li

     Vincent Li is an artist currently based in Olympia, Washington. He obtained his BFA at East Carolina University where he learned to weave together lived experiences, his interests in pop culture, and the anxieties of becoming/ existing as an adult, with the surreal and fantastic. The focus of these works are strange characters navigating the world crafted around them, often highlighting them as if the image were a captured moment in time. Since moving to the Pacific Northwest, his motifs have mostly encompassed nomadic themes and the yearning of finding one's place in the world. Fun facts: Currently he lives with his girlfriend and his cat, and more importantly, he has cannibalized literally zero people.
